Company History

All-Age Farms was registered in 2023 with one goal: to solve the trust problem in Nigeria's smoked protein market.

We started this business seeing how much good smoked fish and meat was wasted or rejected because of poor hygiene, sand, and inconsistent quality. In Lagos kitchens and export containers alike, customers were paying for "clean" but getting stress.

So we built All-Age Farms differently. From day one, we invested in a controlled processing facility, trained our staff on food safety standards, and got a drying system that dries products slowly and keeps products fresh longer without chemicals.

What started as a small Lagos operation serving families has grown into a trusted supplier for restaurants, food distributors, and export clients across Nigeria and West Africa. Today, All-Age Farms is known for one thing: clean, consistent, traditionally and properly smoked protein that meets global standards.

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method.

What are your delivery options?

Lagos: ₦2,500 - ₦8,000 depending on location. Free on orders above ₦150,000 in Alimosho Lagos

Outside Lagos: Waybill ₦3,000 - ₦10,000.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer, Pay On Delivery (POD - Lagos only), and WhatsApp Payment. Details are provided at checkout.

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund immediately.

How long does delivery take?

Lagos orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Outside Lagos, delivery depends on the shipping method and location, usually 5-10 business days.

Are your products safe?

Yes! All our products are hygienically processed, inspected, and packaged according to strict food safety standards. We meet global export quality requirements.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on the All Age Farms website or mobile platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order. All Age Farms reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Product Quality & Description

All products sold on our platform are hygienically processed, inspected, and meet strict food safety standards. Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, slight variations in appearance may occur due to the natural and traditional nature of our smoking and drying processes.

We guarantee that all products are:

  • Fresh and properly processed
  • Free from contamination and foreign matter
  • Packaged in food-safe materials
  • Delivered within the stated delivery timeframe (unless delays occur beyond our control)

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from All Age Farms. Your order will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly if:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Delivery address is incomplete or undeliverable
  • Payment information is invalid
  • There are suspected fraudulent activities

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at the time of checkout are the prices you will pay. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, pay-on-delivery (Lagos only), and WhatsApp payment arrangements.

For Bank Transfer: Payment must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders are not processed until payment is received and verified. Please include your order reference in the transfer description.

For Pay-On-Delivery (POD): Available in Lagos only. Cash payment is collected by our delivery agent upon delivery.

5. Delivery Terms

Lagos Delivery: ₦2,500 – ₦8,000 depending on location. Typical delivery time: 2-3 business days. FREE delivery on orders above ₦150,000 in Alimosho Lagos.

Outside Lagos (Nationwide): Waybill ₦3,000 – ₦10,000 depending on location, quantity, and weight. Typical delivery time: 5-10 business days. FREE delivery on orders above ₦150,000 in Alimosho Lagos.

Delivery Responsibility: All Age Farms is responsible for delivering your order to the address provided. Once the product is handed to you or your representative, it is your responsibility. We are not liable for damage or loss after delivery has been completed.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, carrier issues, etc.). We will notify you of any significant delays via WhatsApp or email.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before payment is received. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled unless the product is unavailable or out of stock.

To cancel an order, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of placing your order.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete delivery information
  • Being available or arranging for someone to receive the delivery
  • Properly storing the product after delivery according to food safety guidelines
  • Inspecting the product immediately upon delivery
  • Reporting any issues within 24 hours of delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

All Age Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. User Data & Privacy

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information. All personal data collected is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer communication. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary for delivery purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through informal negotiation or mediation.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At All Age Farms, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. We are committed to ensuring that you receive fresh, hygienic, and properly processed products every time. If your order does not meet our standards, we will make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are available for orders that arrive:

  • Damaged or spoiled: Product shows signs of spoilage, contamination, mold, or pest damage upon delivery
  • Not as described: Product received does not match the order or product description (wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong size/grade)
  • Defective: Product has visible defects not present in product images (excessive moisture, burning, foreign matter, etc.)

Note: Natural variations in product appearance due to traditional smoking methods are not grounds for return. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference after inspection and acceptance of delivery.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Report Within 24 Hours

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email if you believe your order is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.

Step 2: Provide Evidence

Send clear photos or video of:

  • The damaged or defective product
  • The original packaging (if damaged in transit)
  • Any visible defects, mold, or contamination

Step 3: We Will Verify

Our team will review your evidence and determine if the return qualifies. This typically takes 24-48 hours.

Step 4: Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product at no cost (shipped at our expense)
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method
  • Offer a store credit for future orders

4. Refund Timeline

Once a return is approved:

  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
  • Pay-On-Delivery Refunds: Will be refunded via bank transfer within 5 business days of approval
  • Replacements: New product will be shipped within 2 business days at no cost

5. Return Shipping

For Replacements: All Age Farms covers the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

For Refunds: You are not required to return the damaged or defective product. We do not require physical return shipment for refunds. Simply provide photographic evidence of the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Orders accepted and stored improperly by the customer
  • Orders partially consumed or tampered with
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery
  • Orders placed in error or change of mind (no defect)
  • Claims reported more than 24 hours after delivery

7. Storage & Care Instructions

To ensure product freshness and avoid spoilage after delivery:

  • Refrigerate: Store smoked fish and meat in the refrigerator (0-4°C) for up to 2 weeks
  • Freeze: For longer storage, freeze in airtight containers for up to 3 months
  • Dry Storage: Flour and dried pap should be stored in cool, dry places away from moisture and pests
  • Check Before Storage: Inspect products immediately upon delivery before placing in storage

8. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (above 20kg), we recommend inspecting products in the presence of our delivery agent. Any issues must be reported immediately and documented with photos before the agent leaves.

9. Exceptions & Special Cases

In rare cases where circumstances warrant special consideration (e.g., delivery failure, major contamination, multiple defects), we encourage customers to reach out. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
